Worked in various departments during three years in Alcatel-Lucent starting as operations and maintenance engineer of fixed networks, to technical support engineer in the engineering department and finally performing duties as senior radio network optimization engineer. Responsibilities included maintenance of fixed telecommunication networks, engineering documentation presentation, Material Management in SAP, Purchase Requisitions as well as Sales Orders creation in SAP, and monitoring QOS of GSM network.
