Led finance, bid and pricing management, deal and solutions cost management, sales operations including the Sales Incentive Plan, and legal across EMEA and India for Colt Enterprise Services (CES, Revenues €610M).

Reporting to the ES EMEA VP of Finance (Rev $10B) responsibilities included establishing the overall actual support situation in relation of the business, identifying, benchmarking, and assessing roles and responsibilities and finding a way to generate savings while fixing all the organizational issues.

Overall FP&A lead for the GWE region (revenues of $1.7B) driving the budget, forecast, and close setting time lines, requirements, reports, expected outcomes, and leading the related reviews with country leaders. Also acted as the Finance business partner for the VP of Operations and Sales Director providing regional analysis on revenue, sales pipeline, account performance, and working closely with operations to turn around troubled contracts.

In addition to the duties of Finance Manager, assumed second executive officer’s role/ CFO for the two main legal entities in Switzerland and all the countries in CEE. Responsible for all finance operations and reporting including the related EDS staff, the outsourcing partner where relevant, and the European SSC teams. For the outsourced countries the scope included an end-to-end responsibility such as cash management, policies, payroll, travel expenses, and all bank payments.

Responsible for all contracts except start ups in a $700M region including DACH and CEE. Responsibility included budgeting, forecasting, actual close, variance reporting, and working through startup, problem contracts, and other operational issues as well as business partnering. Heavily involved in the EMEA team to design and implement the European SSC.. Led Swiss accounting in parallel until transitioned to Germany over a two-year period.

Started being responsible for a Swiss based tax entity working closely with tax, treasury, business finance, and country finance leaders to optimise EDS' tax position. Later became the Accounting Manager for Switzerland responsible for statutory reporting, audit, tax filings, insurance, and banking. Finally took over Head of Controlling leading a newly acquired team on forecasts, budgeting, actuals supporting the Swiss based business leaders

Started as an Accountant in the Packaging Products division doing reporting, accounting, and intracompany reconciliations. Moved to internal audit/management development conducting internal audits and projects. Final role as plant controller of Switzerland and later for Spain and Austria
