Stephanie Harper Easterling

I represent businesses in both an advisory capacity and in court, whether state, federal, or appellate courts. I focus on the business health of my clients. I am committed to my clients’ success, whether it is business or personal. I advise and represent utilities, commercial contractors, and medical providers, in addition to all size businesses. My representation includes all aspects of litigation. I have also successfully brought and defended numerous appeals before the Ark Ct of App and Ark S Ct.

I advised clients with respect to a myriad of issues including employment, compliance with health care, government and agency regulations, wide-ranging disputes, collections, and liability. I also performed all required aspects of litigation including investigation and assessment, discovery, depositions, preparation of clients and witnesses, pretrial motion practice, preparation and resolution by trial, settlement or mediation.
