As Experience Designer, I create innovative software with human-centered design. At any stage of the product development lifecycle, I strengthen ideas and deliver results with a research-driven methodology. Through interviews, prototyping, and experimentation, I efficiently derive essential customer insight. Guided by data, I design tailored web and mobile experiences that give users a feeling of familiarity and empowerment.

As the Lead Expert of Tållbeard’s UX team, I honed my expertise in defining user experiences for a variety of applications, products, and platforms. With great attention to detail, I worked end-to-end to ship exceptional and award-winning products across a breadth of business verticals. Beyond my own work, I ensured the quality of all UX products shipped by my team and helped to develop the strategic direction of the company.

My time as the UX Expert at Cognitive Laboratories sharpened my skill and sensitivity as a researcher. I supported research design and guided analysis of findings while also gaining experience with state-of-the-art tools for non-verbal and emotional inquiry. Our research findings supported evidence-based design decisions and allowed me to ensure value for product customers and client businesses.

In 2017, I co-founded the startup Appetita – Your Virtual Waiter, an innovative digital ordering and payment solution for gastronomy business. As a User Experience and Interaction Designer, I brought a keen focus on problem solving to product development and championed joy of use. Beyond crafting a cohesive, cross-device interface design, I conducted customer interviews to validate the concept, constructed task flows and wireframes, created prototypes, and performed usability tests.

Faba Network is a software development start-up founded in February 2014 by Jörg Wasmeier, Full Stack Developer, and Stephan Winkler, User Experience and Interaction Designer. After completing sale of an educational software for the German market in 2016, our focus has shifted to working as a Lean Startup to identify problems that demand meaningful software solutions which we might provide. – www.faba.de
