The company SIEBER was founded in 1954 as an engineering office and has initially made engineering work to the cold and warm-forming manufacturers. In 2012 these tools make up the majority of sales of approximately € xx million. At 3 locations about 130 employees are working. The company is well known in the fastener industry / automotive industry. I was entrusted with the management of the areas of production, logistics, quality management, business administration and purchasing.

The management board was set up according to the Anglican management (CEO, COO, CFO), I was entrusted with the management of the areas of production, logistics, quality assurance, design and purchase. In addition, my duties included the development of innovative products and technologies, as well as the monitoring, optimization and systematic extension of the planning, organization and production processes by Kaizen / Six Sigma, as well as the inventory optimization. I was responsible for the results.
