Applied design processes such as design thinking and iterative design based on user centered design principles to get insights about users’ challenges. Designed interactive wireframes based on qualitative research, and competitive analysis to validate and test usability. Conducted usability testing on high-fidelity prototypes with 10+ participants. Crafted design concept, design system, user flow, wireframes, user interface design, and interactive prototypes.

Worked alongside a small team of developers in redesigning the website, from visual design to content strategy, and helped creating a fully responsive website with tremendous improvement on user experience. Managed small team of marketers for implementation of new strategies in marketing and branding. Owned and designed all of marketing campaigns and marketing emails.

Supervised a team of 8 employees to deliver the project on time and within budget, with an average completion rate of 89%.
