As a Hadoop administrator, I have performed below activities, • Installing and Administration of Horton works Hadoop Distribution and its Echo System on cloud (Azure) environment. • Involved in Hadoop architecture level design. • Set up Hadoop in Microsoft Azure Cloud. • Installing and Administration Name node and Job tracker High Availability • Monitor Hadoop cluster job performance • Manage nodes on Hadoop cluster

It is a Mobile application project. The project is basically loading data from various retailer input sources into Hadoop database. The incoming data is specifically related to the coupon details like deals, weekly deals, discount, valid from, and etc. these data filtered according to the business logic and stored in the hive data base.

This is a project for a leading Insurance & financial company. This project is basically loading the huge amount of structured data into Hadoop cluster. This is also involved for testing the performance of retrieving data from Hive queries and Map Reduce. And also export the cleanse data to Oracle database for downstream uses using Sqoop.
