Solving operational challenges via fit-for-purpose geochemical solutions (FP, PVT) as to determine better understanding of lateral and vertical reservoir continuity, oil quality, and oil producibility.

Supported negotiation of a major unconventional oil project in Jordan (potential multi billion dollar investment). Planned for new venture and set-up in a new country entry with undeveloped oil and gas industry. Leading a raising team and building its individual development plans, performance reviews and ranking. Generate, interpret, integrate and manage technical GG data, to provide opportunity assessments, opportunity evaluations and actionable recommendations for major investments. Participating in data rooms, peer assists and reviews worldwide, directing EMR's & JIP'. Coaching.

Responsible for all geological and project logistical planning in Mauritania. Part of Eni’s Global Frontiers team involved in a regional PSA of Infracambrian Plays in N Africa. Exploration geology including play based exploration & risking, stratigraphy, incl. biostratigaphy and facies modeling, integrated charge evaluation and basin modeling.
