My position at Sureterm Direct (Capita Niche Insurance Division) was that of a Business Development Consultant, working in the niche Insurance sector. Alongside my business development duties, I had to take into account Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Underwriting.

At SRP I specialised in recruitment for the Training, and Sales and Marketing sectors, including Public and Private sector companies. I possessed a thorough understanding of the NVQ process, assessments and internal and external verification and offered a thorough consultative recruitment service to my clients. Though I was successful in this position, I decided recruitment wasn't for me, and therefore resigned and took up another sales role while deciding on the path I wanted my career to take.

My position at Red Commerce was that of a Resourcer for permanent SAP roles in the UK market. A thorough and detailed knowledge of SAP and the SAP market was essential, and enabled me to be an effective Head Hunter.
