• Responsible for Somo's Innovation Teams located in London, New York and Bristol. • Supervising Innovation across the different Somo teams to ensure a high standard of innovation throughout the business. • Managing multiple cross-functional teams exploring how different disruptive technologies could solve business challenges for Somo's international clients. • Maintaining relationships with our international Innovation partners.

• Responsible for Somo's London Innovation lab, the research and development division of Somo. • Investigating disruptive technologies with a focus on mobile, new interfaces, virtual, augmented and mixed realities and the internet of things. • Creating compelling Innovation Experiments (internal) and POCs (external) to validate the use of emerging tech to solve business challenges for international clients. • Public speaking at international tech events.

• Responsible for keeping the London innovation lab stocked with all the latest hardware and software. • Presenting new technologies during lab experiences for clients and C level visitors. • Keynoting about emerging innovations at international events. • Working closely with the design & development teams, product management and account management to create new innovative proof of concepts.
