Root cause analysis of an air to water inter-cooler often failing due to leakage of water used at DAF Engine Test Center, Eindhoven. The assignment was based on inter-coolers, a piece of test cell equipment, an “air to water cooler” to cool down the hot air coming from the turbocharger. The goal of the assignment was to do proper root cause analysis of an inter-cooler with measures to prevent future failures.
