As Support Manager I am accountable for leading the Engineer team within the HCL Software Organization. I have a close relationship with the Sales Managers and Pre Sales teams to ensure we achieve our project delivery, utilization, and customer satisfaction goals. I have been working on software for 20+ years, mentoring, managing, and closely supporting the team in key customer meetings and events. I also manage staffing and alocations. I am also working as People Manager, attracting and retaining talent, as well as performing team evaluations and all the HR related activities. As CCM team manager, I work with WW Management, Development and Sales teams to support our customers and give them a good experience and fast responsiveness, involving the Product domain experts and working together on troubleshooting. As Software Engineer, I oversee the entire software development life-cycle, ensuring that Dev, QA, and the business all work together to deliver on time, on task, and on budget.
