In Vectra´s endeavors to accelerate our sales motions with our Global Service Integrators (GSIs) and Global Service Providers (GSPs), I act as a Solution Architect where I am responsible for working on the sell to, sell through, and sell with motions of our GSI/GSPs. A key focus items include service creation, service descriptions and how Vectra plays a key role in the cyber defense architectures of our GSI/GSPs, as well as for their customers.

• Lead of team of consultants across 16 countries in North and Central Europe providing advisory consulting and integration services for our clients in the areas of Cyber Defense (including Infrastructure and Endpoint Services, Intelligent Security Operations, Remediation Services, and Threat and Vulnerability Management).

DXC TECHNOLOGY / HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE / HP INC (OVERLAP BETWEEN DIFFERENT COMPANIES DUE TO SPIN-OFFS AND MERGERS BETWEEN 2015-2017) • Lead a team of consultants across the Nordics who worked with customers to understand their business strategy and risks, and subsequently aligned their IT strategy to their business goals whilst mitigating business risks.

Managed 200+ employees in the areas of Solution Design Center of Excellence, utilisation, cost and profit improvement activities; customer satisfaction, consulting, global delivery, and drove the implementation and performance of a Nordic-wide consulting practice model which supported a trusted advisor / consultative selling approach to key clients.

• Managed a team of 8 individuals responsible for driving and supporting operational initiatives, profit and loss activities, executive reporting, the end-to-end management system, and coordination with support functions on the Nordic and country level. • Drove adherence to business controls requirements, providing advice on process compliance, implementation, and coordinate corrective actions.

Led a 6 member-team focused on providing specialized services in the areas of compliance and risk management; also had professional development responsibilities for 7 additional employees in the areas of compliance and risk management across the Nordics.

• Provided strategic assessments and advice on IT compliance issues to Nordic CSO Compliance Manager and Nordic CSO Manager. • Provided detailed advice and guidance on IT business compliance and risk management methodologies, processes, and issues to account teams, including Account Compliance Leads and Delivery Project Executives. Focus on skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.

• Served as primary interface with IBM’s external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers, on SAS70 reviews to further demonstrate effectiveness of IBM’s controls. All reviews were satisfactory with no major findings. • Developed an integrated, Nordic-wide business continuity and disaster recovery policy for the Nordic Region

Assisted and chaired monthly Nordic management meetings with the Nordic Business Operations Manager focused on business and operational performance metrics including resource management, labour utilisation, and cost management, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Reviewed and analyzed information technology process design, implementation, and execution using risk-based auditing techniques for IBM, IBM customers, and joint ventures. Prepared reports and related audit work papers for executive and line management, and external audit organizations.
