Brought in to specifically source from, and map Betfair’s competitors in the technology space. Responsible for the talent attraction strategy for incoming roles, defining role requirements, and identifying new businesses to target from a headhunting perspective.

Worked onsite at BBC through Capita, to manage BBC’s Future Media & Technology recruitment. Worked with hiring managers in 4 locations (London, Manchester, Cardiff and Birmingham) to recruit both experienced and graduate hires into the BBC. Responsible for the talent attraction strategy, candidate management, sourcing, and agency management when required (less than 10% of roles).

Brought into PFJ to take responsibility for all creative and front-end recruitment across PFJ’s media clients as a 360degree recruiter, responsible for new business development, sourcing, candidate management, and account management.

Came in as a graduate trainee, working in a new team dedicated to Private Sector Technology, as a 360degree recruiter, responsible for new business development, sourcing, candidate management, and account management.
