Coordinating and executing tasks regarding (purchase and) sales orders, letter of credits, quotations, quality and logistics complaints, participation in tenders, reporting and analyzing of KPI’s, SCM, demand planning and forecast. The accounts in my responsibility are mainly distributors based in the Middle East (for example Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Israel, Jordan etc), communication is mainly per email and phone.

Coordinating and partially executing tasks regarding forecast and sales orders. Preparing bills of lading and other export documents like ex-a, CMR, COO and Euro-1.

Graduation internship. Tasks: the project ‘Let’s make it smooth’. To measure and analyze current operational activities in the warehouse, find solutions for bottlenecks and implement them. Focus was the optimization of the warehouse processes in time and space.

Tasks and responsibilities: to coordinate international transports. I was the contact person between the supplier and customer. I worked out and implemented a quality system to rate the forwarders that we were working with.

Tasks and responsibilities: to use Microsoft Office Visio to describe all processes and the overall process of the distribution centre. Therefore I worked two weeks on each department. I got experience with administration, purchasing, warehouse, return handling and technical service.
