 Responsible for all internal projects: on-time delivery, cost, quality and safety  Green Field Projects: identification of site, plant construction, create infrastructure, identify & select plant & machinery, procurement, logistics, installation & Commissioning  Project Management: through periodic review using activity Vs time based charts developed through MS- Projects. Generating project report. Key deliverables and Milestones are the main focus, cash flow management, risk management

 New Product Development: from prototype to Production & all related processes thru APQP  Prepare & authorise process flow / diagram, FMEA, Control plan. Plan for fixtures, tools, gauges, test equipment  Process improvement: design floor plan layout, time study, set-up time reduction, tools inventory control, validate  Programme and handle all CNC Turning and Machining Centres, Hardening, Grinding, Thread rolling  Steering and Implementation team member for ISO9002, QS9000 & ISO14001
