Optimization of the process quality by improving traceability, reducing nonconformances and increase of the on-time delivery through the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with electronic torqueing system 2D matrix code and SAP interface (Industry 4.0). The continuous optimization of the bottleneck in the flow-production lines, with a KPI related bonus system, as well as the consistent automation of the value chain led to a productivity increase of 32 % over 5 years.

Introduction of standardized cost calculation models and related global pricelists. Accomplishing a supplier quality management organization including the incoming inspection and related processes (PPAP). Driving the customer complaint resolution process towards 100% acknowledged on time (<24h) and >95 resolved on time.
