Experimental study on dishwasher to determine the remaining water on the wall of dishwasher under various conditions. Determining the critical angles for the lower rack to minimize liquid in meniscus region through CFD flow simulations.
Worked on Multiphase hybrid model to resolve droplets and film formation on the cutlery rack, and validated the model using experimental data. Developed an analytical model in Python to predict the surface’s critical angles in relation to remaining water. Automation of simulations by using Java macros and defined design specifications of cutlery rack.
