After coming home from my world trip finding a decent job was really hard, due to Covid-19. So i got in touch with my former employer and they told me that they couldn't offer me the job i used to do here (Projectmanager) or something similar, however they needed people in their production department. Given the situation i was happy to be able to do something. I was operating a machine, where i had to pack the endproduct, place it on pallets and register the amounts in the system.

For over 2,5 year i travelled the world. I have spent 2 of these years in Australia, where i was able to work and travel. I drove around Australia, and financed this by working along the way. I worked mainly in agriculture but also gained experience in construction and hospitality. After these two years i went to Asia and travelled around there for about 6 months. I learned a lot about different cultures, improved my English, became more independent and got a lot of experience in planning.

After graduating I worked for one year as a projectmanager for the company Royal Sens in Rotterdam. During this year i've worked on multiple projects in different roles. The projects were mainly focused on improving the efficiency, cost savings and/or reducing the carbon footprint. My role in the projectteam varied, i've led multiple of these teams

The New Business Challenge is an initiative of the Dutch ministry of foreign affairs where Dutch and Ghanian students and starters work together in mixed teams on solutions for companies in an unique business case competition This competition is focused on finding sustainable chances for the private sector and to maximise the entrepreneurial talent of the participants In our case we had to come up with a way how our company, Landmapp, can have a two-way communication with it's subscribed farmers in Ghana.

As a part of my graduation i did an internship at the company Royal Sens. Here i researched how they can reduce the total order lead time. i've presented Royal Sens multiple recommendations on how this can be done. Multiple of my recommendations have been implemented and i've been rewarded with an 8 out of 10 as a grade from school.

During the third year of my bachelor study i did an internship at Neele-Vat Logistics. Here i researched how orders are placed in their ERP system 'Kewill Logistics'. I analyzed this and gave them advice on how to improve the efficiency in this task and how to reduce mistakes. I got graded with a 7 out of 10 from school

An eight week intensive German course on the B1 level

During my studies I attended one semester of my bachelor in Canada. I did this at the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford, near Vancouver. The courses i attended were: Transportation Economics, Environmental Economics, Consumer Behaviour, Introduction to Marketing and Airline Management

I have done the four year bachelor study Logistics and Economics at the Hogeschool Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. Some examples of the courses I attended are: Inventory Keeping, Forecasting, Warehousing, Quality Care, Data Analysis, Business Economics, Business English, German and Law.

I got my HAVO certificate (comparable with Fachhochschulreife) at the Melanchthon College in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. the courses in which i graduated are: Dutch, English, French, Mathematics, Economics, Society & Organisation, History and Gymnastics
