The subject of my research was to study use cases of implementation of Free Software in the public administration, investigating free alternatives to the current software used in the offices.

Working with a small ISP I was in charge of several machines. We had to manage all the internet services we offered (mail, dns, web, ftp, etc...) using Windows and Linux machines. I actively support the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution keeping the customer informed throughout. At the same time I manage the internal network for the office where the servers were allocated, working like a system administrator for internal servers and helpdesk for the users.
