Responsible of Internal Audit in Business Unit Central Europe. I am in charge of preparing effective audit plans to cover allocated work within required time and quality standards. Most of the projects are related to transversal key areas in the organization, which are aligned with the Organization's goals and strategies, such as Migration from Oracle to SAP and ICFR roll-out. Part of my duties covers also fraud investigations and consulting.

Co-developer of the business' model: Internet platform for cellphone merchants providing different services, as selling , recruiting & specialized stats. I was also responsible for finance and taxes

Responsible for audit planning, budgeting controlling and people supervision (at least 10 people yearly) of external audit projects, including SOX services with direct line of reporting to Managers and Partners of the auditing projects. Preparation of reports to the Head-quarter Auditors and annual financial statements of auditing under VEN NIF (Local Venezuelan IFRS) and PCGA principles (US-GAAP)
