* Reporting to managing director, handling the recruitment and outsourcing process of corporate clients * Competency based and telephonic interviews, profile and language tests * Managing online and internal databases for candidate search to supply the qualified human resources needs * Client & willing employee management * Back up process and performance management of outsourced personnel.

* Reporting to human resources manager, responsible for supervision of recruitment office and managing the mass transactions for new comers and work terminations towards almost two thousand and eight hundred employees mainly from Far East, Sub Continent, Middle East, Turkey and Greece * Periodic man power, man hour, work permit, visa and performance reports for Quality Control, Cost, Project Controls Departments, Project Management and ENKA Headquarters Istanbul * Implementing reward programme

* Dispatch process of Turkish new adminstrative staff and workers in coordination with Enka Headquarters * Reporting to HR Supervisor, organization of the new comers including contract preparation, training, new equipment programme and orientation according to the rules and the laws of both the country and the company * Preparation, follow- up of personnel files and classified documents such as salary approval forms, passports, contracts, etc... * Paid, unpaid, annual and excuse leave follow up
