Responsible for the back-end data infrastructure- import data from multiple servers, SQL Server as well as MongoDB(via Python scripts), and define efficient ETL infrastructure with large amounts of data (terabytes - hundreds of millions of rows). Serve as a professional authority in the team, and participate in management stirring meeting regarding the adoption of new technologies into the organization.

Ownership of BI solutions, including installation and maintenance of VM with SQL Server 2016, DWH infrastructure and ETL's. Build reporting solutions to top management - Delivery, QA and R&D VP's - definition, planning, execution and delivery, from the ground up - infrastructure until delivery of reports and/or dashboards.

Management of the company's R&D lab, holding over 14000 technological devices - cellphones, drones, GPS systems and more. Management of the entire supply chain - procurement, import, logistics, and meeting project deadlines. Leading testing efforts of smartphone related features.

Led the creation of automation reporting tools with the IT department to improve the department’s handling time- being the intermediate link between stake holders and the company's developers, and supervised the integration upon acceptance.
