Working in the area of life sciences (legal counsel for bio-incubator, investment fund, medical equipment company), logistics (management consulting) and ICT (member of management team of an IoT start-up and fund-raising for Health ICT start-up).

All-round legal counsel - commercial law (e.g. negotiating customer, partner and supplier contracts, drafting contract templates), data protection, corporate law (e.g. compliance, reorganisations), labour law (e.g. employment contracts) and IP.

Helped to set up the Internet Business Unit of the Belgian Yellow Pages and had two main responsibilities: (i) Responsible for all electronic platforms; (ii) Transforming a mono-product & platform organisation into a multi-platform, multi-product and multi-segment organisation.

During my consulting years, I worked on different strategic audits in both the public sector (in Belgium, the European institutions and Switzerland (Canton of Geneva)) and the private sector, with a focus on the operational & strategic impact of the introduction of the Euro and ICT and the Internet.
