Master thesis work on a project in collaboration with Bayer CropScience for developing a supramolecular fluorescent based-assay to monitor the activity of vesicular acetylcholine transporter

Arbeitskreis Prof. Don C. Lamb (https://www.cup.unimuenchen.de/pc/lamb/index.html) Utilizing Advanced Fluorescence Methods for investigating cellular systems and different material sciences, such as metal organic frameworks and organic light emitting diodes.

Using UV-vis and fluorescence (with lifetime-resolved single photon counting capabilities) spectroscopy to develop an assay for analyte diffusion through Parallel Artificial Membrane Permeability Assays and permeation through liposomes as a function of temperature, with emphasis on the diffusion kinetics.

Bachelor studies on the photophysical properties of Rosmarinic acid and its interaction with native, unfolded and refolded state of human serum albumin. (Supervisor: Prof. Digambara Patra)
