I am currently employed in Fintech as a Technical Team Lead to deliver Web Applications to internal and external customers. My responsibilities range from leading the software development, to managing the team and defining its goals. I also contribute to Euronet as a global organization by taking an active role in the company’s chapters. In the future, I want to grow as a technical manager while staying in touch with the practice of software development.

ATM transaction processing. Team size of 6-8 members, part of a team 24-large. I spend most of my time on designing software and/or systems, coaching developers and discussing specifications. The rest is dedicated to hands-on coding, tasks reviews and, when needed, to hiring. I coordinate communication and processes with distributed co-workers in many timezones and release software for worldwide customers for mission-critical production code: scalable and efficient solutions for Web Applications.
