As a professional, I needed to work with core telecom network of Interconnection Exchange (ICX); Communication with many international hardware and software vendor; Analyzing and issuing Quotations, Purchase order (PO), Proforma invoice, Bill of quantity (BOQ), Bill of materials (BOM), Letter of credit (LC); Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of Nokia Siemens Network Media gateway and Media soft switch; Identifying problem’s origin, solution and restoration of problem in timely manner
