My purpose is to help companies develop their markets at international level while finding the right balance between risks and reward. I like to lead teams in order to reach relevant KPIs by applying Lean methodology and Daily Management. I love to work and interact with people at different levels and departments in the organization to spread the risk culture. I aim to fill in the gaps for commercial managers with legal clauses and for legal councils with commercial clauses. I am extremely competent in financial modeling for complex contractual structures, enabling companies to forecast long term contracts while still being SOX compliant. I have great experience in drafting contracts in order to deliver value to customers, while mitigating risks for my company.
