Matilda Wassgren

I helped small and medium-sized businesses create loyal customers and drive conversions. I primarily worked with my clients' customer loyalty programs. My main tasks were to design, automate and analyse their email and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, I made business presentations, improved workflows, and created marketing material based on testimonials. During my time at FILLit, I improved my communication, copywriting and graphic design skills.

Together with my colleagues, I: – Launched a new e-commerce store. – Upgraded the email marketing strategy. – Organised a booth at a trade show.
