As a Transaction Services specialist (financial due diligence) I assist national and international clients both listed and unlisted and private equity firms in business due diligence processes. My primary focus is the energy and utilities sector but my due diligence experience covers multiple industries and both large and small (cross-border) transactions. In addition, I'm involved in Human Resource and Risk Management activities.

Worked as an audit manager in the United States, in the Denver, CO office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley; IPO; US GAAP. Licensed CPA.

Worked from 1999 till 2004 as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCooopers in Amsterdam, mainly on clients in the Industrial and Retail market.

Accountancy
