Primary Goals: • Consulting main players in the local Middle-East AEC industry to bring awareness of BIM to their doorsteps: • To advise on turn-around structures and procedures necessary with the transition from CAD to BIM ; • Train companies on the BIM process, mainly with Revit Architecture as tool; • Advise consultancies on Document Control procedures, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Online-Collaboration procedures – all in-line with ISO standards; • Assist consultants, contractors and clients wit

• Spearheading the company’s transition from CAD to BIM; • Setting up of BIM Protocol, company template files; • Adopting existing standard CAD details to utilize in Revit and setting up proper family naming procedures in accordance to CSI Master Format guidelines; • Training existing staff and actively recruiting BIM/Revit experts; • Driving projects as Project Architect and manage BIM implementation and protocol on all projects; • Setting up a QMS and maintaining standards to comply with ISO

• CAD Management for the dwp Group globally; • BIM research, training & rollout; • Setting up of BIM Protocol, company template files; • Implement clash detection and forensic BIM in order to coordinate CAD teams’ documentation - Tamouh Towers: 4 individual towers ( 3B+G+40+ each); • Document Control and general QMS (Quality Management Systems) – to conform to ISO standards; • Project Architect on a luxury villa for an influential client in Abu Dhabi;

• Consolidation & monitoring all RFI’s/queries from all parties/disciplines; • Identifying initial problems with CAD Exchange Protocol, introducing immediate solutions; • Monitoring protocol between SOL & consultants overseas: Architects of record – Goettsch Partners (Chicago, USA), Consulting Engineers – Kling Stubbins (Philadelphia, USA), Interior Designers - DiLeonardo International (Rhode Island, USA); • Conducting coordination meetings; • Close liaison with the Hotel Operator (Wyndham International);
