My responsibilities as a Senior Consultant based in Europe include the development of IT strategies and the optimisation of application portfolios. Engaged since early 2011 as an expert by a consortium composed of major organisations across the pharmaceutical industry.

As French-native Corporate Vice President member of the Executive Committee, appointment in 2002 as Chairman of the French Legal Entity, in addition to my other functions. Responsible for the local supervision of all Legal, Business and HR related activities in France.

Supervision of all IT disciplines (Operations, Enterprise Systems, Applications Development & Support, Biomedical Engineering, IT Quality Management & Security, IT Project Management Office, and IT Strategic Planning), with 450 employees distributed in over 20 countries. Responsibility for all operational activities implemented as part of the globalisation and harmonisation of all IT solutions and hardware platforms – part of the corporate Y2K initiative.

Responsible for the installation and maintenance of all information systems and technologies (workstations, servers, networks and telecommunication capacity) and biomedical equipment as well as the setting-up of new technologies for recording and processing clinical data.

Coordination of the research and development activities of an industrial lab. Creation and development of a proprietary system for the processing of biosignals in the context of pharmacological experiments by integrating the results of brain cartography, psychometrics and statistical databases.

Responsible for the development of non-invasive methods of investigating the brain cortex and the central nervous system. Developed new techniques and devices to analyse electrophysiological signals in pharmaceutical trials and characterise the presence of compounds in the brain.
