Über mich
With a Ph.D. in Sports Management and an MSc in Corrective Exercises plus more than 15 years of working within the fitness industry as a gym owner all the way to the management level of the larg organizations, I have built up a wealth of knowledge in many different areas. As a doctor and head coach of Finland's karate national team in World and European championships, working with professional athletes to the heavily disabled, very young children to the most elderly means I am comfortable relating to a diverse range of people.
