Administrate the Bottle, Blow and Fabrication of Beverage lines of production, driving 400 people in this diferents process upon the maximun performance and minimun process losses. Responsable to keep organization clime and guarantee the culture change in a familiar company tha was recently adquired by a multinational Group. Responsable for 02 two eletrical submerged arc furnaces of Silicon Metal, manager all the Production Process, since Raw Materia Treatment, Feed and Operating Eletrical Furnaces, Refing process, Cold solidification, Crushin and Screeming Process and shipment of Silicon Metal (Metallurgical and Chemical Grade). Implement Soedeber Technologies using Al Shirt to produce high pure Silicon in the Chemical and Metallurgical grades. Develop the begins of process to optimize Silicon Metal purification using Lixiviat
