This mission allowed me to: Implement the R&D Capitalization Process - defining rules and finalizing an IFRS procedure, - constituting business cases, - defining the mission of financial managers, - monitoring of the intangible assets in IT system. Set up the R&D Project management - Reorganizing the internal invoicing and accounting processes, - Deploying a centralized management tool for 250 projects. Animate the R&D financial processes (Budget, forecast and actual figures)

The mission was to built up a consistent Management control of the Engineering function Head of a team of 9 people, I put in place: - the Cost Control of the engineering activity (600 people, €80M / year) - Dashboards analyzing workload (700 000 hours, 4 sites, 8 departments, 30 trades and 6 project groups) - Long term R&D contract administration (30 study contracts, turnover 35 M€, costs 30 M€) I also built up a plan to restructure the engineering function,split by job and site

I was in charge of the Consolidation of R&D world management accounts and France legal accounts. I also have participate to the definition of process and rules during the implementation of an SAP R3. I was in charge of the hour pointing system and of the Tax credit declaration.

During the fusion between Roussel UCLAF, Hoechst and Marion , I have had to cope with the management control of the western european subsidiaries (10 CA: 0.7 billion €) managing a junior Management Controller. I animate all financial Processes (Budget, Forecast, Actual), implement a tool for steering the restructuring participate to the fairness agreement of Portugal,deal with the processes of Calculation of consolidated gross Margins and Transfer Pricing both in Paris for Roussel and Franfurt for Hoechst

Leading two laboratories of 4 people: I optimize Chemical Processes (5 per year) and industrialize chemical reactions (25 an year) taking care of safety, security, environmental impact and patent position.
