I lead all day-to-day aspects of delivering a new service development to customer, dealing with complex business relationships and managing multiple resources through all the life cycle of the IT project. I work since the definition of Scope, solution design, proposal creation, through contract signature. Then I lead the T&T implementation of the service and the handover to operations in many Technical platforms. I´m PMP and Scrum certified.

I have been working in Sales, Projects and Service Management for New service developments for the past 17 Years. As account Bid proposal Manager and Project manager (PMP certified) I obtained experience in Sales and Delivery for different market and industries with targets and strategic goals. I work in Big deal projects for Global accounts providing solution & proposal according customer requirements. Also managing the implementation project, since Initiation till Transition to support.

As responsible for the entire Unit in Portugal providing offshore IT services between EU and Brazil, I was responsible for Sales, revenue targets, Resource management,Billling, Procurement, contracts, Suppliers and Development of a cluster Portfolio with IBM, Accenture, Microsoft, Indra, PT-SI, SUN, Oracle, CISCO. Services: Software development, Application Management, supply of experts as: developers, architects, analysts, DBA,SAP, Mainframe,Service desk and field Services
