For my thesis 'Who Builds the Media Agenda? Actors' Influence over German Newspaper Coverage of Climate Change', I combined machine learning approaches for text analysis with multi-level regression modeling to analyze whose interpretations of climate change are represented in the media, considering how closely materials from politicians, corporations, environmental organizations and movements, and scientists are reproduced in the coverage as well as the tonality of journalists' evaluations.

I spent one semester at LUISS Guido Carli University as part of my M.A. Political Science at the University of Mannheim, attending classes in 'Diplomacy and Negotiation' and 'Mediterranean Studies'.
