I was responsible for providing and delivering exceptional customer service to German Merchants in accordance with a new and immature project whilst analyzing and suggesting new ways to improve processes. With focus to find a solution, I communicated with American Express merchants, client manager and other departments to avoid merchant accounts being suspended and keep all merchant account data up-to-date.
