- 50% team leader and 50% project engineer work - Supervision of 13 technicians: planning / division of work, employee development, interviews, assessments - Support of test bench tests for internal and external customers (OEM's) - Test bench work: test planning / setup, test execution, interpretation / presentation of test results, troubleshooting on the test bench - other activities: occupational safety, modernization (CAPEX budget> 1000K €), CI (Lean Practitioner), lead media visitors

Project Manager in Commercial Fuels. Here I have carried out test bench tests for the further development of heating oils as well as diesel fuels for the non-road sector (trains, mining, etc.). This included field tests on large heating systems (> 200 units). During this time, I also gained a lot of experience in the field of exhaust gas measuring technology. Regular and clear communication with the clients was indispensable here.
