Master Thesis: Development of a Switch Mode Power Supply(dc-dc) for the Excitation of OFET. OFETs show p-channel transistor behaviour and require a high excitation voltage which is usually, in the range of 0 V to -100 V. A Buck-Boost converter is developed.
