Description A Mechanical Project Leader (MePL) defines, coordinates and monitors all technical specifications and features of a product and project. The MePL develops, validates, releases the product design. The MePL is also responsible to ensure that the product meets manufacturing process needs, and cost targets for tooling and the engineering bill of materials (EBOM) related to the mechanics. The role applies technical leadership, team leadership and Project Management skills.

Driver information instrument clusters Description A Mechanical Designer (MeD) develops and releases the product designs. The MeD, with the Mechanical Project Leader (MePL), is responsible for the design and final product into manufacturing. The MeD also helps to make any design improvements for the product. The role applies technical skills, time management skills, and teamwork skills.

- Designing of machines, technical equipment, assemblies and parts. - Detail production drawings. - Customize new and existing products. - Taking part in testing and assembling of the prototypes and zero series of newly designed products. - Directly responsible for the correct production price calculations, respectively for the proper handling and working with the management system Microsoft Navision. - Customer Care Award 2009 received for the work on 18HP hydraulic power packs.

- Design of metalworking machines and tools, mechanical equipment, prescribing requirements for surface roughness and accuracy of their mutual situation, asses model parts to check tolerances and to eradicate interferences in design or production. - Interfacing with customers to determine project requirements. - Analyzing and recommending solutions to technical problems in the equipment area. - Identifying needs and opportunities for work process improvement.
