With joining KI labs I’ve changed focus from B2C products to ones targeting B2B segment. I was working on pushing the digital frontier for some of the largest German companies.

I'm leading two agile teams. One is working on Scout browser and another on browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox. Scout is in the early stage of the lifecycle. Product roadmap, processes, practices and team setup are constantly adapted to the results of technical investigations, customer surveys and statistics analyses. Extensions are more mature products. Here we track how our changes affect different user groups, what Google and Mozilla introduce and how partnership options influence revenue.

I was choosing and implementing methodologies, developing procedures and communication plans, ensuring they are updated to stay aligned with our strategic targets. I reviewed all product specifications before they went to development. I was implementing proper delegation schemes while keeping high-level overall control as one of my daily duties as well as conflict management, risk management, team management etc.

I managed production of Yandex.Browser from the start of the project as team lead for group of 3 PMs. We were a totally team of less then 30 then and we needed to design, develop and launch great product in 1 year time, which we actually managed to do. Success of the first version of Browser made it possible for us to push further growing it into most important software product for Yandex.

I've managed design and development of browser extensions for IE, Firefox, Chrome and their promo pages. Successfully and timely launched new line of Yandex distribution products - international toolbars for Turkey and the Czech Republic (see http://element.yandex.com.tr for an example). Achieved target figures for the audience, churn rate and conversion.

Managed factory IT function with direct report to GM and matrix report to sales company IT Manager. Formalized and controlled IT policies. Suggested, defended and realized IT cost center budget. Managed various projects: - ITIL practices introduction and formalization - IP telephony integration - ISO 9001 certification - IT and low voltage part of new production and office buildings construction - WMS implementation - Secure data access solutions implementation

I've been doing administration of IT systems: - Windows AD - Lotus Domino - Scala ERP - MS SQL Server - Cisco hardware Also I've managed several IT projects such as: - New telephone system integration - Fax server solution development and implementation - Establishing regional VPN network

I've been supporting office IT systems, maintaining project DB, checking documentation and drawings against the comments lists, doing construction site visits
