Supported an Investment Banking IT second level support team for equity traders located in London, UK and Hamburg through introduction of Kanban and PDCA cycle. Leading member of company internal “Agile Masters Community of Practice” (CoP) and member of the “Agile Center”. Based on the agile values and principles we created a set of values necessary for self-organisation and established them with IT management.

Agile Coach / Scrum Master for three teams of 9 people each and a Project Manager for a Team of 8. I was involved in planning activities as well as team coaching sessions. My goal was to lead my team to true self organisation and first class communication skills. Responsible for sprint planning, review and testing as well as splitting up epics in individual feature requests and continuous improvement of entire process to the extend that the external team is able to work self-organised by now.

Development of new features, third party integration and API services for Jupix, a cloud-based web application with comprehensive front and back office functionality for estate agents. Involved in entire development lifecycle in both waterfall and agile methodologies including analysis, planning, development, review, testing and documenting. Refactored software from structural to object-oriented using Laravel PHP framework. Worked on projects independently and as part of a team.

I started as a web developer and moved on to do mobile development as part of KMi's Mobile Innovations Group within the Centre for New Media.

Conception and development of a Live-Audio-Streaming solution over the internet as practical part of Bachelor's Degree Thesis during general Trainee function in a sound studio of a commercial film production company.

Mentoring of students during practical courses in Unix and Internet.
