Working as a Senior Consultant/ Product owner I am responsible for leading the E-commerce digital division for conducting 360 degree discovery workshops, Consulting with the right platform and practices that are aligned with business best practices and organizations digital vision. As an analyst documenting all the requirements and managing them as a product owner. I am leading the implementation of Scrum in the organization as well to be followed for all the projects.

Onsite Exposure to Conduct discovery workshops to identify the Gaps between business vision and existing system. Leading and multi-tasking between multiple projects at the same time. Leading the projects as Scrum master, eliciting and recording requirements on Wiki, Breaking it into user stories on JIRA and ensuring timely sprint delivery. Working closely with Creative team to convert business vision and requirements into effective designs and wireframes.

Have experience in working on E-commerce websites for one of the Major high-end retail and FMCG brands. Travelled Onsite very frequently, where my main role was to Help the client understand the requirements, clear any ambiguities found and help speed up the QA process by giving them hands-on training on the basic understanding of Drupal. Excellent grasp at analyzing business requirements, data modeling and identifying and resolving ambiguities.
