Leading recruitment processes mainly for Hungary, Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Slovakia. End to end design and implementation of recruitment strategy; application screening; planning, organizing and conducting interviews at all stages of the recruitment process; creating offers; assisting in relocation processes; performing exit interviews and reporting to HRBP or HR factory/site managers; supporting and advising line managers and HR professionals when dealing with resourcing issues.

I was responsible for improving and maintaining the psychological wellbeing of children who required help from the institute. This entails conducting and evaluating psychodiagnostic tests in order to identify the specific needs of the children. I then applied various therapeutic processes and techniques in order to effectively meet the needs of the children.

End-to- end management of recruitment projects; sourcing, recruiting and interviewing candidates; evaluating and writing assessments after interviews; organizing, managing and evaluating Assessment Centers; account management with the existing clients; representing the company at recruitment events; participating in business development activities (calls, visits) to introduce the services of Randstad; preparing and presenting offers for the new clients.

Participating in the recruitment of blue-collar and white-collar workers; assisting consultants in the recruitment process; pre-screening CVs; conducting telephone interviews.
