The course covers issues such as bargaining, the Harvard method, trust, multilateral negotiations, gender, emotions, and fairness. The course also includes a real life simulation of an interethnic conflict. Topics of interest: human rights, mediation, negotiation, conflict analysis, economic development, democratization, micro-credits and peace.
