My main function at the NATO MILENG COE is Information Knowledge Management Officer. Hereby I assist the Deputy Director in the development of the IKM policy, remain current and implement best practices and NATO standards in the field of IKM, determine the system requirements, develop, define and promulgate guidance, rules and procedures for IKM in the MILENG COE and promote and enhance the visibility of the MILENG COE, within the MILENG COI and the wider community.

Dutch Department Head and instructor of the Bridging Cell. I worked in the Belgian Engineer School, where I was instructor for Military Bridging, which includes bridge assessment, calculation and construction and inland water navigation with boats.

I worked for 3 year in an operational Engineer Battalion and I commanded sequential an Engineer Platoon and an Engineer Company. This function required a large set of skills, from operational planning to execution, from human resources planning to promoting or firing people, from logistic planning to selling of material, etc.
