• Handling of complete immigration process for international employees and their families for Germany and Switzerland • Proven ability to work with and be a liaison between the different stakeholders and governmental organizations • Supporting the development of the German in-house practice • Regularly managing a large caseload while maintaining accuracy and meeting multiple deadlines • Consultation of companies and their employees in complex immigration matters

• Providing immigration and relocation services for employees relocating to Germany or abroad • Responsible for training and overseeing interns supporting with the relocation and immigration case management • Development of immigration handouts • Responsible for order clarification with clients and billing after completion of services including all external vendor costs • Supporting and consulting one of the 30 DAX companies to improve their employees’ Global Mobility support

• Handling of German work and residence permit extension processes from first evaluation to tracking the final work and residence permit, including accompaniment to the necessary authority visits • Supporting the immigration team with research on different immigration issues and immigration case management

• Welcoming guest and ensuring the guests are comfortably accommodated during their stays • Supporting guests with their inquiries during their stays • Handling complaints of guests • Managing all reservations

• Supporting the incoming international students with their initial period in Flensburg and the university, including organisation and accompaniment to authority visits • Supporting the International Office team with the organisation of social events
