Millbank, a recruitment specialist operating over 30 years providing recruitment solutions to clients operating with the Rail/Automotive/Manufacturing/Power & Energy/Nuclear/Engineering and Scientific markets. Supported projects in the new build, commissioning, waste management, lifetime extension, licensing and inspection areas. Managed the growth of the business, both operationally and leading business development strategies offering freelance/interim/permanent and executive recruitment services.

Reporting to the Group MD, responsible for the operational and financial performance of a branch network of 7 offices across the UK. Involved in the integration of the new business acquired, namely Creyffs Power into Jark's fold. Creyffs complimented Jark by adding engineering expertise to Jark's delivery into the construction and property markets.

Joined as a Trainee and developed through the ranks to Regional Director of a multi-million turnover Region in the North-West. Having successfully opened a further three offices, managed a branch network of 6 offices across the NW of England. Sectors covered were all across the construction and property and built environment, from Consultancies to Main Contractors. P&L and Northern Board experience and developing people's careers.
