Pay attention to resourcing needs across the division, working closely with store colleagues to allocate resources appropriately and within budget. Work in partnership with other Pharmacist Deployment Managers to ensure the best use of resources. Have strong relationships with Regional Pharmacy Managers, and Pharmacist Deployment Manager and together provide intelligence for pharmacists within the division.
